研究内容
わが国では、がんと心疾患が死因別死亡率の各々1位と2位を占めており、これらの疾患に対する薬物療法は極めて重要な治療戦略の一つです。それとは別に、抗がん薬治療による心毒性が大きな問題となっていますが、その発現機序は不明であり予防・治療法も確立されていません。そこで当研究室では、配属学生などとともに、がんや心疾患に対して有効性・安全性の高い薬物療法を目指した基礎研究を進めています。
